  Mr.Sarhan is a highly efficient Sr. Business Consultant with almost 23 years of proven track experience with vast achievement. 

  His consolidated experience was gained between Egypt, UK, and GCC.

 Mr. Mamdouh builds his business complexity by managing different business aspects, including, and not limited to; sales, retail, commercial operations, outsourcing management, and different human resources aspects as talent management, OD & manpower planning, learning & capabilities Development, career management & succession planning reflecting being the strategic business partner and change management leader.

Mr. Sarhan played key roles in different multinational companies such Adidas, Arab Bank plc, Vodafone Egypt, Vodafone UK, Egypt Post Alliance of Etisalat Egypt, and Zain Saudi Arabia.

Therefore, he considered from telecom industry experts in the Middle East & North Africa region with some initiatives and achievement granted him a lot of awards in people and business management during the past two decades.

Mr. Sarhan is holding a Master's degree in Global HR management from the University of Liverpool U.K. since 2015, along with Bachelor's degree in Law since 1996.

Further, he is a corporate certified trainer since 2006 for whereby he trained almost 5000 employees from different levels in the MENA region up to date.
 

Mr. Sarhan is a certified career coach & assessor since 2013 and added to people and capabilities development a lot of inputs that helped so many individuals, managers, and executives in enhancing their business, career, and life.
